bbbm: Blackbox background manager

bbbm is a Blackbox backgound manager (hence the name).
It shows collections of images, which can be set as the background, or viewed using an external program.

Additional features:

• Changing the set or view commands; this makes it not only useful for Blackbox, but in theory for any window manager.
• Creating a list of all images (one file per line).
• Creating a Blackbox submenu file.
• Setting a random image as the background.

Up till version 0.2, there were two different main versions of bbbm: bbbm for GTK2 / PyGTK2, and bbbm1 for GTK1 / PyGTK1.
From version 0.3 up, only bbbm remains, which is now written in C.
